Your role In this context, we are seeking a Project Leader Automation for our location in Zofingen. This diverse role offers a fascinating overview of both technical and economic aspects within a successful, dynamic pharmaceutical company.
Your responsibilities Lead, plan, and execute CAPEX projects in automation for chemical-pharmaceutical production.
Manage project budgets and monitor costs throughout the process.
Ensure smooth coordination and communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee the implementation of electrical and automation solutions for our production facilities.
Ensure projects meet safety, quality standards, and legal requirements.
Contribute to the strategic alignment of EMSR and automation matters at the Zofingen site.
Assist in creating HAZOP, URS, FS (Functional Specifications).
Participate in continuous improvement processes within the automation department at Zofingen.
Your profile
Technical education with further training at HF/FH level in automation, electrical engineering, or system technology.
Knowledge in automation, especially with Siemens TIA Portal; PCS7 knowledge is a plus.
Experience in qualification of GMP facilities and familiarity with ATEX standards.
Several years of project leadership experience is advantageous.
Meticulous and precise work ethic with a strong focus on safety and quality.
Problem-solving skills and excellent communication across all levels.
High initiative, commitment, and willingness to learn.
Confident demeanor, flexibility, and team spirit.
Excellent German skills; English skills are advantageous.
