HR Business Partner M/FWe are actively searching, for a client in the Fribourg region, a 100% HR Business Partner.As a key point of contact for managers, you actively contribute to the implementation of HR policy. Your role involves supporting site performance, assisting team development, and ensuring a legally compliant working environment.MISSION DESCRIPTIONProvide support on all HR-related topics: labor law, performance management, skills development, and handling sensitive issues. Support managers in managing individual cases (warnings, conflicts, voluntary or involuntary departures, retirements). Advise on absence management and implement appropriate measures (job adjustments, specific follow-up). Supervise and coordinate key processes: recruitment, periodic reviews, talent management, and succession planning. Ensure consistency of policy during hiring and resource evolution projects. Facilitate change by fostering clarity and buy-in from employees and interpreting social indicators (absenteeism, internal staff, productivity). Participate in cross-functional HR projects and lead certain initiatives, representing the company at school events, forums, and talent fairs. Ensure rigorous tracking of expenses related to your scope, in accordance with defined budgets and in coordination with your HR senior management.Profile: Degree in Human Resources or Economics/Management (Bachelor's or Master's). Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar position within an industrial environment. Experience in change management and dealing with sensitive HR matters. Fluent in French or German with good knowledge of the other language (minimum B2 level). Your “plus” for this position: Ability to influence and establish a relationship of trust with managers.
