JCW Search AG are currently working together with a specialist law firm in the search for a experienced immigration lawyer to join their team in Zürich.
Your role:
* Lead and advise on a wide range of immigration matters, including corporate immigration, work permits, residence applications, naturalisation and cross-border mobility issues
* Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, HR teams, and high-net-worth individuals on complex immigration strategies
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering clear, practical guidance in a fast-changing regulatory environment
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of the firm’s immigration practice
* Supervise, mentor, and support the development of junior lawyers and caseworkers
* Ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining compliance with all applicable legal and professional standards
Your profile:
* Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in immigration law, ideally gained at a leading international or specialist law firm
* Qualified lawyer admitted to the Swiss Bar
* Proven track record in client development or willingness to develop
* In-depth knowledge of Swiss immigration law and procedures, with exposure to international mobility frameworks
* Strong drafting, advisory, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex cases effectively
