SME Director FR/GER 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of clients, partners and suppliers throughout Switzerland
• Manage strategic technical projects, from identifying needs to implementation
• Ensure the operational and financial management of the company in collaboration with senior management
• Actively participate in business development and growth of activities
• Supervise teams and support employees in their professional development
• Advise clients and propose technical solutions tailored to their needs
• Contribute to defining the company strategy and innovating the services offered

Profile

• Higher education in engineering in the field of water management, civil engineering, agronomy or equivalent
• Proven experience in a technical environment, ideally related to irrigation, pumping or hydraulic infrastructures
• Experience in team management and strong awareness of the economic challenges of an SME
• Entrepreneurial personality, autonomous, solution-oriented and commercially driven
• Excellent command of French and German, with very good interpersonal skills
