In this key role, you will contribute to the strategic and operational management of our real estate portfolio in French‑speaking Switzerland. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners in a dynamic, business‑oriented environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement the real estate strategy and actively contribute to its further development. /li liManage and develop the existing real estate portfolio across Switzerland. /li liOversee all administrative, operational, and contractual processes related to the properties. /li liServe as the main point of contact for property owners, management companies, authorities, and external partners. /li liManage the full lifecycle of leases and land‑use rights, including durations, renewals, rent adjustments, and negotiations. /li liDraft, review, negotiate, and finalize real estate‑related contracts. /li liConduct tenant search activities and ensure optimal occupancy of available spaces. /li liPrepare market analyses, reporting documentation, and internal presentations. /li liSupport the preparation of files requiring legal expertise related to real estate. /li liProvide solid strategic recommendations to assist decision‑making at management level. /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liRecognized education in real estate (Federal Diploma, professional certificate, or equivalent qualification). /li liSeveral years of successful professional experience in Asset Management or real estate management. /li liStrong knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, ideally with an active network in French‑speaking Switzerland. /li liLanguages: Native French speaker with perfect command of English.
