Your Mission
Are you passionate about Agile practices and energizing tech teams? We are looking for a Scrum Master based in Lausanne.
You'll ensure the smooth running of agile processes while actively supporting project delivery and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Agile best practices across teams
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
* Support capacity planning and budget tracking
* Assist with administrative project tasks when required
? Technical Environment
* Middleware: Tomcat, WebSphere
* Containers: Docker
* DevOps Pipeline: Jenkins, Git, XLDeploy, XLRelease
* Automation: Ansible, Automation Tower / AWX (or strong scripting skills ready to port into Ansible)
* Systems: Linux (Red Hat distributions)
* APIs and Monitoring: API Management, Splunk, Dynatrace
Profile Sought
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master within digital or tech-driven environments
* Strong ability to lead teams collaboratively and facilitate agile adoption
* Technical understanding to effectively support DevOps and delivery teams
