We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact, and generating interest in our solutions. Your work will directly contribute to filling the sales pipeline and supporting overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research, identify, and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
* Schedule meetings or demos for the Sales Manager & the Head of Sales
* Maintain accurate records of activities and conversations in HubSpot
* Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and sales cycle
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and the company’s products or services
* Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and targets
Professional Requirements:
* 3+ year of experience in sales, business development, call-centre, or customer-facing role (B2B experience preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
* Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting platforms such as Apollo
* Experience in SaaS, tech, or a similar fast-paced environment
* Fluent in French & English. Other language is a plus
* Understanding of the full sales cycle and lead generation strategies
* Self-motivated with a desire to grow within a sales career path
