The CGRs' mission is mainly geriatric rehabilitation, as well as acute care for seniors. At Rennaz, these are hospital Geriatrics consultations (CGH).
A close collaboration with the HRC allows our patients to benefit from its technical platform and state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
Under the supervision of a medical‑nursing duo, you will work in close partnership with the patient and their relatives, while emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration.
The main responsibilities of this position are
* Organize, perform, monitor, and document care services and medico‑technical acts delegated by the nurse and authorized by the ASSC status, in stable situations presenting no emergency character
* Collaborate in the smooth running of the service's activities
* Promote the interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork specific to the service's mission
* Promote, by delegation, the involvement of the patient in their care project as well as that of their relatives
We require
* A Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a Community Health and Care Assistant
* A motivated person to care for seniors according to best practices in Geriatrics and Rehabilitation
* A rigorous, organized, and dynamic person with excellent communication skills
* An interest in working in an interdisciplinary team
* Adaptability to change and commitment to the service's project
* Proficiency in French and hospital‑specific IT tools
