Your Tasks
* Lead sales activities for PC-24 and PC-12 to direct customers and authorized Pilatus Sales Centers across EMEA and Asia
* Lead the Stans Business Aviation Sales Team, including 6 employees across various roles
* Identify and develop new sales strategies and opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized Pilatus Sales Centers
* Close collaboration with Product- and Program Management
* Oversee sales administration (purchase agreements, center agreements, contractual conditions)

* Proven experience and successful track record in Business Aviation Sales with a strong industry network
* Strong customer focus to meet highest customer expectations
* Result driven organisational talent with the ability to prioritize
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultural backgrounds
* Ability to lead, motivate a team, and maintain focus on key objectives
* Technical background or passion for technology
* Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
