Shipping coordinator

Ph3As a temporary maternity leave/Shipping Coordinator, you will become part of our team in Skovlunde, which currently consists of 3 employees. You will be responsible for coordinating all types of transport. This position is a full-time role from November 1, 2026, until February 28, 2027. /h3 h3This is where you'll excel /h3 ul liBooking and coordination of national and international courier, air, sea, and road transport /li liDaily contact with freight forwarders and colleagues at Bühler /li liHandling of spare parts orders /li liPreparation and checking of export documents, invoicing, and freight rates /li liDaily updating and maintenance of data in SAP (knowledge of SAP is not required) /li liTraining in our procedures and work processes /li /ul h3These are the skills you'll need /h3 pYou are a newly qualified Shipping Coordinator/Freight Forwarder or have experience from a similar position.
