What You Will Do The Project and Value Stream Manager is responsible for leading remediation and compliance projects and processes into the supply chain, managing cross-functional global teams, and driving product lifecycle strategies to ensure supply continuity and alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with key partners, oversee project portfolios, and manage supply events to support success.
Key Responsibilities Lead the orchestration and management of cross-functional and regional teams to optimize end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely, cost-effective launches and maximizing business impact.
Innovate and implement tailored agile frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and enhance project delivery processes.
Align strategic business goals with project and value stream initiatives through stakeholder engagement and transparent communication on project status, risks, and financial health.
Champion data-driven decision-making by integrating advanced analytics to monitor project health, supply chain performance, and value realization.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle and portfolio of projects, driving cost, inventory (SLOB), and supply chain optimization in collaboration with marketing, regulatory, development, and supply chain teams.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with functional and support leaders to identify demand and improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
Lead knowledge sharing and skill development activities to strengthen portfolio and project management capabilities across teams.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of related experience in project and value stream management within supply chain or product lifecycle environments.
Proven expertise with 5 years managing large-scale projects and value streams within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or FPX, with a track record of managing medium complexity projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a global mindset, appreciating regional differences and aligning with global business strategies.
Desired Qualifications Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage cross-functional project teams effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities, to engage diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
