As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are seeking a Head of Development – Enterprise System to lead the evolution of our core platform, ensuring robustness, scalability, and compliance in an ever-changing technological landscape.
Your Role
Delivery & Execution
Lead the Enterprise System roadmap in close collaboration with Product Management and Operations.
Define and operate a clear delivery governance model (sprints, backlog, release management).
Drive agile delivery excellence — ensuring predictability, transparency, and performance.
Oversee system architecture, guaranteeing scalability, interoperability, and maintainability.
Enforce best‑in‑class engineering standards: code quality, security, performance.
Own key delivery KPIs (velocity, quality, stability) and report progress to leadership.
Represent the development function in technical reviews, client discussions, and audits.
People Leadership & Management
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary international team (engineering, QA, architecture) of about 30 highly skilled professionals.
Define structure, roles, and career paths within the Enterprise System organization.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Coach and mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and succession.
Promote effective communication and knowledge sharing across global teams.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Drive innovation across architecture, tools, and processes.
Encourage experimentation with new technologies, frameworks, and DevOps practices.
Shape and evolve technical standards and best practices in collaboration with architecture and product teams.
Act as technical thought leader and subject matter expert for key initiatives.
Anticipate upcoming challenges — adapting the platform and team to future business needs.
What You Bring
Proven experience leading high‑performing software development teams, ideally across multiple locations.
Strong background in enterprise systems, distributed architectures, and API‑driven platforms.
Hands‑on technical experience with MS .NET stack and cloud deployments (Azure).
Experience in product development and lifecycle management, ideally within Track & Trace, RegTech, or industrial IT (L4/L5) environments.
Strong grasp of data integrity, security standards, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Track record of managing delivery metrics, budgets, and engineering performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English (French and/or Polish are a plus).
