* Lead architectural direction, ensure scalability, reliability, and DevOps excellence across the group.
* Promote best practices in cloud-native and AI-native engineering, CI/CD, and quality initiatives.
* Collaborate with PMs, EMs, TLs to build value-driven solutions with clarity and velocity.
* Influence strategic decisions, working closely with SRE, Developer Productivity, and Infra teams.
* Develop code, review designs, debug issues, and guide complex refactors.
* Mentor TLs and senior engineers as a role model within the group.
We're seeking an experienced tech lead with:
* 12+ years of industry experience, 4+ years as tech lead or architect with hands-on expertise.
* Proficient Java skills.
* Proven Frontend technologies proficiency (ideally ReactJs and Typescript).
* API design and microservices experience.
* BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
* Ability to design, implement, test, deliver, and maintain product features.
* Passion for continuous improvement, lean thinking, and high-quality work.
* Motivation for complex challenges and learning new technologies.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Professional-level English spoken and written.
* Comfortable using GIT and build tools (CI/CD) Strong refactoring and test automation abilities.
* Experience with observability and Cloud.
* Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
* Hands-on exposure to GenAI technologies will be a plus – LLMs, RAG, Prompt engineering etc.
