Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive revenue growth in the Alps region. As a Director of Field Sales, you will lead a team of talented account managers and play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams, with a strong understanding of the enterprise sales landscape in Switzerland and Austria.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Named Account Managers to meet sales ARR targets.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts, focusing on those above 2500 employees.
* Directly interact with and develop large customer opportunities/accounts.
* Define and report on metrics measuring performance, accurately forecast, and present deal analysis.
* Create strategic plans to increase revenue and market share, collaborating with Channel Sales.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's competitive positioning.
* Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support to close deals, drive revenue, and adoption.
Requirements:
* Experience building fast-moving organizations at scale, leading and managing successful Enterprise sales teams.
* Proven record of success beyond targets and sustained growth, with a hunger for excellence.
* Ability to inspire loyalty, trust, and respect across the team and functions.
* Influential customer relationships, understanding the security threat landscape and becoming a trusted advisor.
* Extensive local eco-system knowledge in the cyber security market (resellers, alliances, system integrators).
* Excellent knowledge of the market and good contacts with large enterprises in the region.
* Ability to use SFDC effectively.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, fluency in English and local regional Language required.
