Job Description
Responsibilities:
1, Responsible for product R & D, familiar with R & D Market, responsible for technical direction, technical planning and operational implementation;
2, Responsible for team formation and overall management, to ensure the achievement of business objectives and profit objectives, to achieve high-quality operation and sustainable development;
3. Be responsible for R & D project management, including R & D Planning, R & D implementation, R & D Periodic Summary Report, R & D to production conversion, team building.
4.Develop innovative research on new monoclonal antibody and recombinant protein drugs, and build a technical platform for efficient expression of protein drugs.
Requirements:
1, Doctor’s degree, Major in molecular biology, cell biology, protein engineering, immunology;
2. have more than 10 years experience in gene cloning and protein expression, protein purification, engineering cell line construction, antibody humanization, protein engineering, etc.
3. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
