Key Responsibilities
1. Media Partnerships & Brand Visibility
* Develop and manage partnerships with watch media, lifestyle media, and digital platforms
* Coordinate product launches, brand stories, and media features
* Manage collaborations with media partners and industry platforms
* Identify opportunities for brand visibility, collaborations, and storytelling
* Build long‑term relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers
2. Public Relations
* Develop and execute PR strategy and communication calendar
* Prepare press releases, media kits, product information, and brand stories
* Coordinate press reviews, product loans, and press events
* Monitor media coverage and brand positioning
* Support brand messaging and communication consistency globally
3. Trade Marketing & Retail Support
* Develop trade marketing tools for retailers and distributors
* Create in‑store materials, displays, POS materials, and retail campaigns
* Support retail activations and product launches with partners
* Coordinate retailer marketing activities and co‑marketing programs
* Ensure strong brand presentation at retail level
4. Event Management
* Plan and execute brand events, product launches, collector events, and retailer events
* Support international distributor and retailer events
* Manage exhibitions, trade shows, and brand presentations
* Coordinate logistics, invitations, presentations, and follow‑up
* Ensure consistent brand experience across all events
5. Training & Product Education
* Develop and conduct product and brand training for retailers and distributors
* Prepare training materials and product presentations
* Support sales teams and partners with product knowledge and brand storytelling
* Organise training sessions and webinars
Work closely with sales team and distributors to support commercial activities
Develop marketing campaigns supporting product launches and key markets
Coordinate marketing materials, catalogues, presentations, and digital content
Support pricing presentations, product launches, and commercial initiatives
Act as central marketing contact for distributors and partners
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
* Around 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury, watches, jewellery, fashion, or premium consumer goods
* Experience in PR, events, trade marketing, and partnerships
* Self‑starter with strong sense of ownership and responsibility
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* International mindset and ability to work with global partners
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in French or German
* Passion for watches, luxury, design, or heritage brands is a strong plus
