We are looking for a TFS Operations Manager to lead our operations in the agricultural division. We are looking for someone with strong operational vision, excellent team management skills, and a high sense of professional and analytical responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the distribution of Services Orders (SOs) for TFS division inspections.
Ensure the correct and complete recording of operational information in the Cotecna system.
Supervise the document analysis and review of inspection reports from internal and third‑party teams.
Act as an interface with clients to obtain additional documents and information for certification.
Ensure that data and processes are aligned with internal policies, contracts, and commercial conditions.
Issue billing orders and monitor the flow with the finance area.
Carefully control physical and digital documents in alignment with internal policies and legal regulations.
Ensure full compliance of processes with internal policies and external audits.
Monitor and propose continuous improvements in internal processes.
Maintain efficient communication with commercial, operational, financial, and legal areas.
Track agribusiness stocks in silos, warehouses, and storage units.
Validate the integrity and accuracy of all data reported to clients.
Develop, track, and report KPIs for the area.
Work on business development and commercial relationships with a focus on expanding the TFS portfolio.
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
Completed bachelor's degree (Exact or Humanities).
Knowledge of Office Suite and related software.
Basic English (fluent English desirable).
Mandatory training: Compliance, NR 33, and NR 35.
Master's degree in Agronomy desirable.
Behavioral skills: leadership, planning and control, proactivity, interpersonal skills, and customer focus.
