We offer you a senior management position as: Director (M/F).Job Description: As the Director, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel's outlets. In direct connection with senior management, you will manage the hotel's services, which include five outlets between different bars and restaurants, as well as room service and the department. Special attention will be given to service quality, human resources management, and leading a team towards ambitious goals. Precise and organized, you will control high standards and procedures. A true ambassador of the hotel and an engaged individual with a developed sense of responsibility, you will ensure the good conduct of business by being close to your clients. As a manager, comfortable with numbers, you will prepare your financial reports for your superior management. You should have a solid background of at least 3 years in a similar role within a hotel or complex in Switzerland, with ease interacting with demanding clients and a strong sense of service. You should be a committed field manager, endowed with strong leadership skills and a genuine team spirit, capable of taking on significant responsibilities independently.With good understanding of client issues, you should be flexible and able to make quick and relevant decisions in the best interest of the company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build solid relationships with all internal and external partners.
