Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead and oversee the operations of 18 stores across Switzerland. In this pivotal role, you will drive overall performance and success of your network, ensuring sales, operational, and service objectives are consistently achieved. You will implement company strategies to maximize store profitability while maintaining the highest standards of our brand representation and customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with legal and mandatory compliance for all our points of sale.
* Interact actively with Store Managers regarding organization, management and coordination of teams, as well as administrative and commercial aspects.
* Execute commercial strategies to maximize profitability of the stores in your area.
* Define a sales strategy and action plan, analyze sales KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
* Ensure a personalized service aligned with group standards and local market.
* Train and support teams to provide great customer experience.
* Recruit, onboard, and develop Store Managers, ensuring commercial animation, motivation, training, coaching, action plans and HR support.
* Act as the link between points of sale and HQ to organize, manage, and ensure that all processes relating to stock, transfers, commercial actions, visuals, etc. are complied with.
* Supervise the opening and closing of POS, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in Fashion Retail Management / Retail Operations.
* Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate, support, and train teams.
* Strong awareness, passion and sensitivity for fashion.
* Established retail experience in the fashion industry.
* Committed to ensuring the smooth running of daily activities and operations to support commercial objectives.
* Problem‑solver who can make decisions independently while respecting company guidelines and customer needs.
* Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
* Fluent in German & English; good level of French is an asset.
