EMEA Logistics Finance FP&A (m/f/*)
The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a EMEA Logistics Finance FP&A for Enterprise Supply Chain you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
* Maintaining & Improving financial reporting and analysis for EMEA Freight and Distribution Centers
* Supporting continued improvement of financial reporting and linkage to operational metrics
* Providing insightful analysis to help identifying opportunities for improvement in the network model
* Ensuring data accuracy by leading the Month End process for Freight, including Freight Account Reconciliation, with support from the Transportation team
* Supporting monthly and yearly Budget cycles
* Being directly involved with EMEA Logistics Management team as well as collaborating with Global Logistics Finance team on various implementations
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
* Education bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
* Previous experience working in Finance or Accounting
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Job specifics:
* Preferred location within EMEA countries
* This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office
* Travel expectations may include up to 10% domestic/international
* Relocation: Not authorized
* Working pattern : full time
