As part of the development of the Foundation, we are looking for a:
Multisite Socio-Cultural Manager for the Elderly Sector (50% to 70%)
For 3 EMS and several medico-social structures: 2 temporary reception centers, 2 protected apartment structures, and 1 cohabitation.
Your Mission
* Develop the socio-cultural concept focusing on the needs and resources of beneficiaries, promoting interdisciplinary work.
* Collaborate closely with the expert coordinator to ensure the implementation of objectives in terms of services and projects, including field visits.
* Manage the team, including lifecycle management, performance management, skills development, conflict resolution, and scheduling.
* Organize resource allocation based on the needs of various structures within allocated budgets.
* Monitor financial performance of your sector.
* Develop internal and external collaborations and represent the Foundation on mandate with various organizations and working groups.
Desired Profile
* HES Bachelor's degree in social-cultural animation or equivalent HES-level training.
* Training in team management.
* Several years of professional experience, ideally in a multisite environment with team management.
* Ability to develop and promote a vision, strong planning and prioritization skills, administrative abilities, written communication skills, and proficiency in IT tools.
* Customer and solution-oriented, proactive and constructive interaction with all stakeholders.
* Managerial skills and interpersonal abilities.
