Manage daily office operations and ensure the workplace runs smoothly.

Support in organizing events and internal office activities.
Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Work collaboratively with team members to support the BANKING & FINANCIAL SERVICES department.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant Should Have
Qualifications
A background in administration, office management, or a related field.
Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of administrative tools and software.
Experience within the finanicial sector is an advantage.
A professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
