You will act as an interface between internal departments, external logistics and customs partners, as well as our international production and warehouse locations, extending through to our retail stores and B2B customers. Your responsibilities will include the organization and monitoring of international transport flows across road, sea, and air freight, taking into account import and export processes as well as logistical and regulatory requirements. In addition, you will manage the relevant logistics service providers within your area of responsibility and serve as a competent point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders on all transport- and foreign trade-related matters. In doing so, you will support the efficient, transparent, and legally compliant handling of our global goods flows. Furthermore, you will support operational topics within the Global Logistics Customs department and actively contribute to the continuous optimization of existing processes and workflows.
