Job Description
This role blends structured problem‑solving with the mastery of transforming complexity into beautifully clear, actionable insights.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being an Excel Sheet Ninja and PowerPoint Maestro — someone who finds joy in data that flows, slides that sing, and narratives that land with senior leaders. If you get satisfaction from turning chaotic information into structured clarity, this is your role.
Responsibilities
Analyze organizational decision flows, governance structures, and cross‑functional interactions — turning complex systems into clear, digestible visual stories.
Spot bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and accountability gaps with a sharp analytical eye and a strong sense for structural logic.
Support the design of target operating models and organizational configurations that improve coherence and performance.
Break down ambiguous questions through rigorous, structured problem‑solving — bringing order to messy contexts.
Build and refine data models with craftsmanship: cleaning, structuring, stress‑testing, and polishing data until it behaves flawlessly.
Produce compelling executive‑level deliverables where every slide is visually logical, narratively disciplined, and elegantly crafted.
Engage with stakeholders across the organization to validate assumptions, gather context, and pressure‑test insights.
Qualifications
2–4 years at a top‑tier strategy consultancy or a similarly demanding analytical environment.
Masters Degree from a top-tier university in a highly analytical field (engineering, mathematics, computer science, economics).
Proven ability to produce structured analyses and high‑quality executive deliverables.
Exposure to operating model, organizational design, or transformation work is a plus.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and articulate findings with clarity and impact.
High proficiency in data analysis and modelling — ideally someone who enjoys spending hours making an Excel model not justworkbutshine.
Outstanding written and visual communication skills, particularly in PowerPoint — where design, layout, flow, and storytelling matter deeply.
Curious, adaptable, and quick to absorb the mechanics of the reinsurance business.
Strong professional presence and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Pragmatic, precise, and genuinely proud of crafting polished, high‑quality output.
Success Indicators
Senior leaders receive clear, insightful analysis that accelerates and improves decision‑making.
Structural and governance issues become easier to articulate, understand, and address.
Operating model and transformation initiatives gain analytical rigor, visual clarity, and conceptual coherence.
Data models and slide narratives become reference points for clarity, logic, and quality across the transformation team.
SCOR supports inclusion and the diversity of talents, and all positions are open to people with disabilities.
