Manage the control planning, database, and monitoring of technical alarms via system X (acknowledgment and doubt clearance). Provide daily technical support to clients (ticket management via Planon), ensure SLA monitoring with reporting, and contribute to the comfort and well-being of users. Organize, assist, and control the execution of work and maintenance, carry out small maintenance tasks. Execute all activities in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Participate in the service profile. Confirmed experience in technical concierge or building maintenance, with a sense of security responsibility, marked service orientation, and while demonstrating versatility, autonomy, discretion, and respect for confidentiality. Proficiency in common tools (MS Office), very good command of French both spoken and written. Ability to work in a team, manage priorities, and adapt to unforeseen circumstances. A driver’s license B is required. Proven reliability: criminal record extract and from the relevant Office.
