To support our continued growth and strengthen our risk, operations, and investment technology platforms, we are looking for an experienced Python Front-End Developer.Reporting directly to the CRO, this role sits at the intersection of risk, investment, and technology, with daily collaboration alongside portfolio managers, risk, and operations teams. You will play a key role in shaping and improving our internal analytical tools and user-facing applications.This position is 100% onsiteKey responsibilitiesMaintain, improve, and extend the firm’s risk and investment applications built in Python (Holo Viz Panel ecosystem)Design and develop user-facing dashboards, tools, and workflows for risk, operations, investor relations and investment teams.Translate business needs into intuitive, performant, and robust applicationsCollaborate closely with risk managers, portfolio managers, and operations to ensure strong adoption and usabilityContribute to the architecture and evolution of the firm’s analytics and visualization stackImprove performance and scalability of existing tools (large datasets, real-time workflows)Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability of the platformRequired Skills & ExperienceCore Technical SkillsStrong experience in Python development (5+ years preferred)Experience building data-driven applications or dashboardsFamiliarity with the Holo Viz ecosystem (Panel, Param, Bokeh, Holo Views, hv Plot) strongly preferredSolid understanding of data manipulation (pandas / Polars)Experience interacting with APIs and databases (SQL)Frontend & UX AwarenessGood understanding of UI/UX principles for analytical toolsGood knowledge of Java Script / HTML / CSS (for extending Panel applications when needed)Ability to design clear, efficient, and user-friendly workflowsDomain KnowledgeExperience in a risk, trading, or investment environmentUnderstanding of financial instruments and analytics, ideally including for derivatives across asset classes (rates, FX, equities, volatility, credit)Familiarity with time series data and financial analyticsCandidate ProfileMaster’s degree in IT, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Financial Mathematics or a related quantitative field.Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detailsFriendly, reliable, proactive and collaborative team playerGood communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken).Already eligible to work in Switzerland.What We OfferA front-row seat in a sophisticated hedge fund with exposure to global macro and derivative markets.Direct impact on the risk and investment technology framework.Close collaboration with senior leadership (CRO, CIO, COO).A highly collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment jid93fe313afr jit0418afr jpiy26afr
