PpbHexagon Robotics /b is a division of Hexagon – a global leader in precision measurement. The division develops humanoid robots for industrial sectors to address labor shortages and accelerate the transition from automation to autonomy. Our first humanoid, AEON, was launched in June 2025 and is already in pilots with five customers. /p pWe are looking for a bRevenue Operations Manager /b to build the commercial operating system for a humanoid robotics company. In this role, you will create the processes, data structure, reporting, forecasting discipline, and CRM backbone that enable Commercial to operate with more speed, visibility, and rigor. You will help define how pipeline is measured, how stages are governed, how customer data is structured, reporting supports decisions, and how commercial execution becomes repeatable. /p pYou will work across Business Development, Application Engineering, Delivery Program Management, Marketing, and leadership to create a system people will use. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liOwn CRM structure, hygiene, governance, and evolution /li liDesign and improve stage definitions, opportunity processes, and required data fields /li liBuild reporting and dashboards that support decision-making /li liCreate pipeline, funnel, forecast, and conversion visibility across the commercial process /li liImprove handoffs between Business Development, Application Engineering, Delivery Program Management, and post-sign execution /li liDefine data standards, required artifacts, and operating discipline for customer records /li liSupport account planning, pipeline reviews, and commercial forecasting cadences /li liPartner with leadership to define core commercial KPIs and leading indicators /li liIdentify process bottlenecks, reporting gaps, and failure modes in the commercial system /li liSupport tooling integrations across CRM, marketing, contracts, and related systems as needed /li liTrain teams on process expectations and improve adoption without adding unnecessary bureaucracy /li liHelp translate an early-stage commercial motion into a repeatable operating model /li /ul h3Your Skillset /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field /li liA minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or a similar systems/process role /li liStrong understanding of CRM design, pipeline management, reporting, and commercial process architecture /li liAbility to build useful structure in ambiguous early-stage environments /li liStrong analytical skills and excellent judgment about what actually matters /li liAbility to work across teams and influence adoption without relying only on formal authority /li liStrong attention to detail, data quality, and operating discipline /li liBias toward simple, usable systems over theoretical perfection /li liExperience with Creatio CRM is a plus /li liExperience in B2B technology, enterprise sales, industrial tech, robotics, or other complex technical sales environments /li liExperience in an early-stage or scaling company where process and tooling were still being built /li liFamiliarity with pre-revenue, pilot-driven, or highly consultative commercial models /li liExperience with CRM implementation and process rollout across cross-functional teams /li /ul h3What You’ll Get /h3 ul liFlexible working hours and a hybrid model for real work-life balance /li liCHF 500 mobility credit for sustainable commuting /li liBonus system strong pension contributions /li liTailored training development opportunities /li liRelocation support for a smooth start /liliDiscounts on health, mobility entertainment /li liTeam events and a flat hierarchy where your voice counts /li liA warm, international culture built on respect and collaboration /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
