As part of the Business Analysis & Application Development team, you will support the development and continuous improvement of business applications and digital solutions. The team works closely with business and IT, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and data‑driven applications. In this role, you will contribute to the support and implementation of Microsoft‑based solutions and digital process improvements.
Your Day-to-Day Impact
Provide first‑level support for Microsoft products, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and Power BI
Handle user requests and incidents, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve solutions
Support the planning and implementation of projects in the areas of Microsoft Solutions and Data Management
Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of modern Microsoft‑based solutions
Help deliver training sessions and workshops to enable efficient use of Microsoft tools
Take on junior project responsibilities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
What you bring
Ongoing or completed education in an IT‑related field (e.g. Business Information Technology, Computer Science, CAS in IT or data‑related disciplines)
First experience in IT or project environments and a solid interest in Microsoft technologies
Knowledge of or certifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and/or Power BI are a plus
A structured, reliable working style with a strong service and quality mindset
Fluent German and proficient English required. Working proficiency in French is a plus.
Team spirit, analytical thinking, a quick grasp of new topics, and motivation to learn and develop further
