As a Project Controller in our Project Management Organization (PMO), you will work closely with project management at the forefront of our project teams, steering exciting plant engineering projects from planning through to execution. You can expect a dynamic, future-oriented environment with plenty of room for new ideas and untapped potential. In close collaboration with project leadership, you will play a key role in the success of our projects and teams.
Your contribution to our success:
* Active support of project management during project initiation
* Collection, preparation, and presentation of project KPIs for progress tracking and evaluation
* Joint resource planning with project management
* Operational and administrative support for project management
* Participation in contract and claim management
* Close collaboration with specialist departments to analyze and interpret project KPIs
* Coordination with scheduling and support in planning activities
* Implementation of strategic and operational project tasks
* Interface between corporate controlling and project controlling
* Contribution to the PMO for the development of controlling processes
* Support during project closure and administrative finalization
Your profile:
* Higher education in a technical or business-related field
* Several years of experience in project controlling or technical roles in plant engineering – ideally in the process industry (biotech/pharma/chemical)
* Practical experience in setting up and optimizing project controlling systems
* Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking
* Technical understanding and the ability to draw the right conclusions from KPIs
* Structured, responsible, and professional working style
* Communicative team player with initiative and a hands-on mentality
* Flexible, resilient, and committed
* Persuasive and confident demeanor
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Power BI, and ideally D365
* Talent for clearly communicating complex topics to diverse audiences
* Fluent in German and English
* Willingness to travel within the DACH region
