A day in a life... Nestlé is seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital and Ecommerce Specialist to join our Integrated Marketing Services team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of Nescafé Dolce Gusto's direct-to-consumer (D2C) business by managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Magento2, a strong understanding of SEO, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams.
Execute webmastering activities for brand marketing websites, D2C webshops, and mobile applications.
Manage promotions, content, and products using Magento2, including product launches, price changes, and shipping cost adjustments.
Perform quality assurance activities and end-to-end testing prior to monthly releases.
Implement SEO optimizations to enhance website visibility and performance.
Handle support and incident requests, coordinating with technical partners and agencies.
Configure and validate features on the NDG Magento2 platform, ensuring market approval before activation.
Track and report on key activities and market requests, providing actionable insights to the business.
What will make you successful... University degree in digital technologies or related field.
Proficiency in English with excellent writing and editing skills.
Experience in e-commerce platforms, particularly Magento2.
Familiarity with SEO practices and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, complex tasks.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage stakeholders effectively.
