We are seeking a motivated and solution-oriented Customer Service Allrounder to join our customer service team. In this role, you will assist both Sales Administration and After Sales to guarantee an outstanding service for our partners and customers.
Responsibility
* Supporting the Sales Administration and After Sales team
* Keeping the ERP database up to date
* Responding to and fulfilling requests by customers
* Providing watchmakers with necessary components
* Invoicing of sales and service requests
* Organizing logistics and export
* Building relationships with partners
Qualifications & Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite
* Practical experience with CRM and ERP software
* Strong organizational skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset and hands‑on approach
* Excellent English skills; French and German skills are an advantage
* Good communication skills and a pleasant and professional demeanor
* Affinity for high‑end luxury watches
