Data Analyst (Workforce Productivity)
Role Summary:
Responsible for transforming workforce productivity data into clear, actionable insights using Power BI to improve operational efficiency and support leadership decision-making.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards (data modeling, DAX, visual design).
* Analyze productivity, performance, and capacity data.
* Automate reports and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Finance to define KPIs and analytical requirements.
* Communicate findings clearly and in a business-oriented manner.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business/Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
* 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or workforce analytics.
* Proficiency in Power BI.
* Experience in Financial Services, Operations, Analytics, or similar industries.
