To strengthen our team, we are looking for a PMO who will play a key role in supporting Offer Managers and Sales Representatives in the preparation of submission dossiers. In this position, you will operate within a dynamic, matrix organization and contribute directly to the success of our Professional Services Business across Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities
Support Professional Services and Sales teams in preparing high‑quality submission dossiers
Draft, format, and structure offer documents, ensuring consistency and clarity across proposals
Ensure high responsiveness and fast time‑to‑market for customer requests
Coordinate with partners, subcontractors, and sourcing companies to identify suitable profiles and confirm availability
Follow up with internal teams and suppliers to collect missing information efficiently
Support contract setup and invoicing activities through data validation and document consolidation
Maintain accurate tracking of requests, offers, and KPIs, ensuring strong data quality
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, templates, and tools, including AI‑based solutions
Act as a central point of coordination, collaborating closely with multiple business lines

Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
Initial experience as PMO / Bid Manager or in (IT) recruiting / sourcing is a strong plus, offering valuable strengths such as the ability to assess IT profiles, seniority levels, business domains, and certifications
Service‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with both internal stakeholders and external partners/suppliers
Proficiency with Office tools; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage
Structured, precise, and methodical working style, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
Fluent in French, German and Englisch (level C1)
IPMA D certification or willingness to obtain it
