About The Role
Scaling our team of account development representatives, we are now looking for a German‑speaking Associate ADR for our DACH region. Your role is vital in providing our sales teams with a high‑quality pipeline as well as shaping the sales development role through your own ideas and experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
Respond to all inbound leads for assigned territory and maintain Salesforce hygiene;
Create and prioritize target account lists within your territory;
Identify and generate outbound opportunities;
Qualify prospects for enterprise interest and coordinate sales qualification with AEs.

Compensation
We offer competitive, fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location‑based, with standard and major markets reflecting local competition. The annual total target cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) in the ranges provided below reflects the maximum potential salary. Final offers depend on skills, experience and location, and we typically hire near the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
United States: $91,000 to $181,700
United Kingdom: £57,200 to £116,400
Singapore: S$113,100 to S$209,900
Germany: €58,800 to €120,500
