Key Responsibilities
:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Oversee and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email marketing, content, and traditional marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure alignment on brand messaging, customer experience, and strategic goals.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve ROI.
Create and manage marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven adjustments to improve campaign performance.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
Stay current with industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices to continually evolve the marketing strategy.
Requirements
:
Proven experience as a
Marketing Manager
or in a similar marketing role with a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
Strong experience in campaign management, content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategy.
Proficiency in
Google Analytics
,
CRM platforms
(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and
marketing automation tools
.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in
English
(both written and verbal); proficiency in
German
or
French
is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Experience managing budgets and demonstrating a focus on ROI.
Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box and push boundaries.
Must
reside in Switzerland
and have the legal right to work there (
Swiss/EU passport or valid permit
).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
