For the exciting large-scale project Dock A at Zurich Airport, we are looking for a committed, motivated, and team-oriented individual as Construction Manager with Estimation Experience 80-100% Job Description: As part of the planning consortium consisting of BIG and IB, you will actively participate in the planning and realization of the complex new building Dock A at Zurich Airport - a unique large-scale project running over a decade that requires individual and innovative solutions. In this responsible role, you will prepare tender documents for public procurement procedures. Together with the project managers, you will optimize the tender process and create the tender schedule. You will independently manage the entire tender process, request tender documents in a timely manner, and review the tender plans for feasibility and cost requirements. You will prepare the service descriptions according to NPK, manage the tendering and awarding processes, participate in bidder meetings, and monitor the awarding procedures.
