* Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Team Leader Should Have
* A strong educational background in finance, economics, or a related field.
* Proven expertise in the private banking and within the wealth management sector,
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage.
* A client‑focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to navigate complex financial scenarios.
* Fully open to regular business travel to the Bahamas.
