About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Banker with strong expertise in the Swiss market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, providing tailored wealth management solutions, and building long-term trusted relationships. This role is ideal for a highly driven individual with an established client network, excellent advisory skills, and a proven ability to grow assets under management (AuM).
Responsibilities
* Develop and grow a book of HNW and UHNW clients within the Swiss market.
* Provide bespoke investment, wealth planning, and financing solutions tailored to clients' needs.
* Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term client relationships based on discretion, expertise, and trust.
* Proactively identify opportunities for new business development through networking and market presence.
* Collaborate closely with internal specialists (investment advisory, wealth planning, credit, etc.) to deliver holistic solutions.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
* Stay abreast of market developments, investment trends, and regulatory changes impacting clients.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 8–10 years of experience as a Private Banker or Relationship Manager within the Swiss market.
* Established and portable client network in Switzerland.
* Strong knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, and wealth management strategies.
* Proven track record of business development and AuM growth.
* Deep understanding of Swiss regulatory framework and compliance standards.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English and German and/or French (other languages are an asset).
