Job Objective

Seamless integration of Diasorin systems into the routine operations of the client laboratory


Main Responsibilities

* Preparing and conducting training sessions for customers on Diasorin systems
* Conducting equipment demonstrations
* Implementation of new testing procedures for existing customers
* Providing technical guidance and support to the sales team regarding the processing of Diasorin and third‑party assays on Diasorin device platforms
* Integration of Diasorin systems into the laboratory workflow
* Responsibility for ensuring the smooth workflow of the systems
* Routine customer visits, customer analysis, creation of workflows, and presentations to customers
* Conducting customer training sessions
* Supporting Customer Service and customers with application‑related issues on‑site, via remote maintenance, and over the phone
* Monitoring the competition and documenting competitive activities
* Exploring new market opportunities
* Evaluating customer requirements, e.g., optimizing workflows, establishing tracking systems
* Conducting validations and comparative measurements in‑house and in the customer’s laboratory
* Collaborating on the application of applicable legal and corporate guidelines of the quality management system as well as guidelines for sustainable business practices within the area of responsibility
* Active communication with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service
* Additional/other tasks that are reasonable within the scope of the position


Education

Completed training in the medical‑technical field (BMA) or comparable vocational training


Work Experience

Depending on training, at least 2 years of professional experience, including relevant experience with corresponding devices/automated systems for medical laboratory diagnostics, ideally Diasorin systems, and experience in the field of immunology (ELISA, molecular, CLIA technology)


Additional knowledge and skills

* Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal communication skills in internal and external interactions, active listening, openness, a cooperative work style, ability to work in a team, and ability to accept criticism)
* Confident and persuasive demeanor
* Ability to think and act independently
* Successful project and quality management experience
* Strong technical understanding
* Strong ability to self‑organize, prioritize, and structure tasks and topics, along with a high degree of diligence and reliability
* High sense of responsibility
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and in‑depth knowledge of Salesforce
* Business‑level proficiency in spoken and written French and English
* Good German skills are a plus
* Willingness to travel extensively, including regular overnight stays outside the assigned service area, and a valid Class B driver’s license
