Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy FinTech Data Analyst / AI Consultant to support client-facing AI and data science projects. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and financial sector clients to analyze datasets, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered insights that drive value.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze structured and unstructured financial data to uncover insights and trends
* Design and implement machine learning models for credit risk, fraud detection, or client segmentation
* Develop dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
* Translate business requirements into data solutions with clear impact metrics
* Support AI strategy workshops, client presentations, and technical documentation
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models in production environments
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
* 2–5 years of experience in data analytics or AI, preferably within the finance/FinTech sector
* Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.), SQL, and data wrangling
* Strong knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and version control (Git)
* Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
* Must be currently based in Switzerland
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with financial regulations, risk modeling, or blockchain analytics
* Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), NLP, or generative AI tools
* Consulting experience with client-facing communication
