Join Our Team as a HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist (0.5 FTE) - (hybrid in Winterthur, Switzerland)
About this role
As part of our Global HR and Talent Acquisition team, you will work alongside passionate and innovative professionals to support our customers' goals.
The HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process within a defined geographic region and/or business areas. You will act as a consultative business partner, supporting hiring managers both internally and externally to meet their staffing needs. HR transactional duties will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage assigned parts of the recruitment process, including creating job specifications, posting adverts, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings and interviews, and managing offers and negotiations.
2. Proactively source and engage target candidates using various channels, maintaining accurate records in the recruiting database.
3. Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline aligned with business needs.
4. Ensure the recruitment database is updated and maintained accurately and timely.
5. Manage personal workload effectively to ensure on-time delivery and support within the team.
6. Prepare and present recruitment data and activity summaries for client meetings.
7. Maintain regular contact with hiring managers, demonstrating urgency and quality in service.
8. Monitor competitor recruitment activities and attend industry events to enhance brand awareness.
9. Manage relationships with external recruitment partners as needed.
10. Collaborate with other HR and TA specialists by sharing market and client updates.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant qualifications.
* Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience, preferably in the Life Sciences industry.
* Experience in full lifecycle recruiting; prior HR experience is a plus.
* Knowledge of staff leasing legislation (AVV and GV-AVG).
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of impact on business goals.
* Discretion handling confidential information.
* Fluent in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
