We are looking for a professional who can increase the share of wallet within the existing client portfolio by identifying and seizing business opportunities. The successful candidate will also proactively manage and deepen relationships with key clients to strengthen long-term partnerships.
This Key Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of focus and service delivery for existing clients by working closely with internal teams. They will address client needs pragmatically and deliver effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction and trust.
The role involves developing and implementing structured processes for client coverage, including regular client reporting. Quarterly business reviews will be conducted to evaluate account performance, identify opportunities, and set actionable goals.
The successful candidate will also identify and acquire new clients in alignment with business priorities to expand the client base and support growth objectives. They will oversee the activation and onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth handover and setup process.
Strong internal collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role. The Key Account Manager will act as a key communication link between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on client needs and project delivery.
Responsibilities include facilitating strong internal coordination to provide seamless service to clients and meet their evolving requirements. A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt and deliver solutions based on client needs, is also required.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have proven experience in a key account management or client-facing role within a B2B environment, ideally within staffing, HR services, or consulting.
You should possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills are also essential to foster collaboration, ensure clarity, and serve as a reliable link between clients and internal teams.
Fluency in French and English is required for this role.
