Tasks

Take full ownership of your business unit’s success and profitability.
Drive new business by building strong, long-term client relationships with top-tier industrials in the Life Science sector.
Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our industrial partners
Recruit and lead a high-performing team of engineering consultants.
🎯 You’ll oversee three core areas of responsibility:
1. Business Development:
Identify and acquire new clients in the Life Science sector (includes cold-calling).
Define and execute sales strategies.
Lead business meetings with key decision-makers.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates.
2. Talent Acquisition:
Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
3. Team Leadership:
Build and manage your own team of consultants.
Support career development
Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.
