About the Role
As HR Business Partner – Medical Essentials Europe, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the European VP/GM Specimen Management and the European VP/GM Medication Delivery Solutions and their Leadership Teams. Your role is to align people and business strategies across the European region, shaping and executing an integrated people and talent strategy and driving workforce and talent planning.
Main Responsibilities
* Align HR initiatives with the company’s objectives, ensuring HR strategies support growth and operational efficiency.
* Lead organizational development and transformation efforts, designing and implementing appropriate structures across countries.
* Manage change initiatives, communicate strategies, and support employees to adapt to transitions.
* Collaborate with Talent Management COEs to oversee talent development and retention, ensuring robust succession plans.
* Act as a strategic capability builder, identifying and developing capabilities to enhance future country competitiveness.
* Supervise employee relations in partnership with Access HR and country HR BPs, fostering a culture of open communication and recognition.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while driving development initiatives.
* Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop policies and programs, offering guidance on HR interpretation.
About You
You bring a proven track record of driving organizational transformation and leading impactful HR initiatives in complex, regional environments. You influence and collaborate with senior executives, translating HR data and insights into actionable actions that enable business performance and growth.
Your Experience and Capabilities
* 10–15+ years of senior HR leadership, ideally in healthcare or a regulated industry.
* Strong knowledge of European labor laws and HR best practices.
* Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and cultural transformation.
* Ability to lead cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
* Coaching mindset focused on talent development and succession planning.
* Strong strategic capability, translating HR metrics into actionable business insights.
Location & Salary
Primary Work Location: CHE Eysins – Business Park Terre‑Bonne. Additional Locations: optional.
Salary Range: CHF 182,900.00 – CHF 292,625.00 CHF Annual.
