The Operating Design Model Lead plays a handson role at the intersection of people, business, and technology. The role applies a strong product mindset-focused on user needs, iterative design, and measurable outcomes-to shape, pilot, and embed SCOR's AI enabled operating model.

Acting as a connector between teams and technology, this role translates strategic AI concepts into practical workflows and operatingmodel components that work in real business reality. The position is deeply collaborative, partnering with teams across the organization to redesign processes, enhance ways of working, and ensure new practices are adopted and sustained.
Key responsibilities
* Own and evolve selected elements of the AIenabled operating model as products, from initial design through implementation and adoption
* Engage closely with business and functional stakeholders to understand user needs, operational pain points, and process constraints
* Translate AI and operatingmodel concepts into practical process changes, workflows, and ways of working
* Co‑design, pilot, and iterate new processes with and for teams, combining an AI and human perspective.
* Take a handson role in embedding new processes and ways of working into daytoday operations
* Build strong, trusted relationships across the organization to drive adoption and sustained change
* Ensure coherence between operatingmodel design, AI initiatives, and execution realities
* Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Process Architect and AI Operating Model Integrator to ensure scalability and consistency
Your profile
* Experience in product, transformation, operating model, or business change roles, with a strong handson orientation
* Familiar with business model innovation in concept and practice
* Demonstrated ability to redesign processes and ways of working in complex organizations
* Product mindset, with focus on user needs, iteration, and measurable outcomes
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationshipmanagement skills across senior and operational levels
* Sufficient fluency in digital concepts to translate technology into business impact (deep technical expertise not required)
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast‑moving environments
* Pragmatic, executionfocused, and outcomeoriented
* Excellent communication skills, able to turn concepts into clear, actionable changes
