Join our National Information Systems Expert Team in Switzerland as a Blue Yonder WMS Specialist (m/w/d) and help shape the future of logistics.You will work on diverse projects across multiple sites, supporting warehouse operations and distribution for leading global customers.In this role, you act as the critical link between operations and IT – transforming logistics needs into smart system solutions. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, ensure system availability, and enhance overall operational performance.
How you create impact
1. As a point of contact for our customer and operations, you’ll handle system-related inquiries and provide first-level support, including creating next-level tickets.
2. Your responsibility includes ensuring optimal functionality of our Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management and Transportation systems.
3. You’ll be involved in implementing projects within the system environment of our Warehouse and Transport Management Systems, including integrating external service providers and applications.
4. Analyze and optimize work/process flows related to the deployed systems, and contribute to process and solution design.
5. Customize the Data Warehouse and create reports.
6. Prepare and conduct user training and workshops.
7. Perform regression and new development testing.
8. Maintain online documentation of system processes, keeping it up-to-date.
What we would like you to bring
9. Advanced configuration knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS (JDA Discrete).
10. Professional background in warehousing or contract logistics.
11. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, a strong customer service orientation, and a collaborative team spirit.
12. Proficient in analytical thinking, with a self-directed and structured work approach.
13. Effective English communication skills;
14. Knowledge of SQL and Moca.
15. 1st Level Support Experience
