PpThe Senior Data Analyst will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven). The role also involves integrating Power Apps with Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Teams, Power BI, and external data sources using Power Automate and connectors. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with users, product owners, and data engineers to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, including applications, dashboards, and interactive reporting tools on key business measures. /li liDesign and develop Canvas Apps and Model‑Driven Apps using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend storage model. /li liCreate custom connectors and leverage Dataverse (CDS) for data modelling and management. /li liTranslate business data needs into technical requirements and implement them through data visualization. /li liDevelop, test, and maintain BI dashboards to high standards of quality and performance using approved BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, or Tableau. /li liApply UI/UX best practices to craft visualizations that provide a single, aligned version of truth, present clear business results, and drive action. /li liTrain junior team members and assist in setting up and implementing best practices to ensure solution quality and consistency. /li liWork flexibly on medium to high complexity projects, potentially utilizing multiple BI tools for each solution. /li liProvide and maintain user access, report connections, and troubleshoot via management consoles or workspaces. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with Business Intelligence. /li liAt least 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing BI solutions, preferably with Power BI, QlikView, or Qlik Sense. /li liHybrid work arrangement: amenable to working onsite and remotely as needed. /li liShift schedule: Mid Shift and Night Shift, amenable to the assigned schedule as required. /li /ul h3Minimum Skills to Hire / Technical Skills /h3 ul liExperience with Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, business process flows, and Process Advisor. /li liProficiency with BI technologies such as QlikView, Qlik Sense, and Power BI. /li liRelevant experience in data modelling and data model normalization. /li liSolid understanding of ETL methodology. /li liStrong knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle) and Business Intelligence. /li liUnderstanding of design and development tools, SDLC methodologies, and techniques. /li liCuriosity and analytical mindset – ability to ask the right questions and propose data‑driven solutions. /li liExperience working in Agile (SCRUM) is an advantage. /li /ul h3Working Arrangement /h3 pHybrid /p pbManulife is an Equal Opportunity Employer /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
