Your profile
Bachelor/Master degree (Economic, Business, IT or Engineering).
Deep expertise and experience with proven track records in the SAP ECC – S/4HANA SD and CS modules. Relevant SAP certifications can be beneficial in demonstrating expertise and commitment to the fields.
Knowledge about the integration of SAP ECC – S/4HANA with SAP Commerce and Service cloud, SAP FSM, SAP CPQ an asset.
Knowledge of the Industrial Manufacturing, Machinery, and Components (IM&C) Business Processes industry a strong asset.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders and teams with strong ability to make complex solutions accessible.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and supplier interaction is advantageous.
