Experienced Accountant, Future Industrial Management Controller (M/F) Bullet (Vaud), Switzerland The position We are looking for an experienced accountant, future management controller, to support the development of our group directly at the General Management level, in connection with Finance/Accounting and the teams. You will contribute to the economic management of the company: cost monitoring, budget analysis, balance sheets, and assistance in the closing processes. The position is situated in an industrial B2B environment with a PME/ETI spirit: short circuits, proximity to management, and strong involvement. We are looking for a reliable, discreet, and entrepreneurial person, capable of understanding the field and providing analyses useful for driving the activity.Your missions Financial Management Participate in annual budgeting and monthly forecasts, and analyze the results. Prepare financial closings and the pre-balance sheet. Produce clear reports for management. Ensure the accuracy of financial and accounting data (data entry, cash flow). Industrial Cost Monitoring Monitor production costs (labor, industrial expenses). Identify variances and sources of inefficiency. Implement control systems to manage performance. Propose actions to improve profitability. Work with Field Teams Regularly communicate with production teams and process managers regarding industrial processes and the value chain. Provide concrete analyses to assist in decision-making and systems. Use and improve management and reporting tools. Participate in data and management process management. Choose appropriate tools (software, others) and ensure their deployment. Contribute to audits and compliance with financial procedures. Profile sought Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum in accounting with a sensitivity to management control. Previous experience in an industrial company, ideally in a cost analysis context and finance monitoring. Education: Bac +2 minimum (BTS, DUT, Bachelor, or equivalent) to Bac +5 type Master in Accounting/Finance. The diploma is not decisive if the experience is substantial. Skills Good mastery of Excel and reporting tools. Capacity to prepare a pre-balance sheet and participate in closings. Fluent in French and English.
