To support the continued development of our active acoustic absorption technologies, we’re looking for a highly specialised engineer to join our team.
Your Role
You’ll play a key role across the full product lifecycle—from fundamental research to industrialisation:
* Track scientific and technological advances in the field
* Develop theoretical foundations for active absorption technologies
* Design and validate scientific models
* Create testing and measurement protocols
Prototyping
* Define prototype specifications
* Develop custom embedded hardware
* Perform testing and measurements
* Validate proof of concept
* Conduct lab and large-scale trials
Product Development
* Contribute to specifications for new product versions
* Identify required production technology and capacities
* Coordinate industrial prototypes and pre-series
* Drive the industrialisation phase
* Optimise existing products and technologies
* Improve testing methods for key product parameters
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in Electroacoustic Engineering (IMDEA University of Le Mans or equivalent)
* Strong background in electrical/electronic engineering
* Proven expertise in active acoustic absorption with a minimum of 2 years hands‑on experience developing and testing the technology
* Proven experience in product development and industrialisation
* Strong background in development of embedded systems
* Experience with communication protocols such as I2S, SPI, UART, PDM
* Experience with engineering tools such as Altium
* Comfortable working in a small, agile company environment
* Fluent in English; conversational French is a plus
